compiletc python3.4-dev

Notes:
Run 'sudo pip3.4 install numpy' to compile and install.
If pip is not available, it must be installed first with
'sudo python3.4 -m ensurepip'

It will be installed into /usr/local/lib/python3.4/site-packages
